Photography Services

Expert Eye Photos provides professional photography services including but not limited to portrait photography, event photography, and commercial photography. All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.

Booking and Payment

A deposit is required to secure your booking date. Full payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund of the deposit.

Copyright and Usage Rights

Expert Eye Photos retains copyright to all images created during photography sessions. Clients receive usage rights for personal use. Commercial usage rights may be purchased separately. Images may not be altered without written permission.

Liability

Expert Eye Photos liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for events beyond our control that may affect the photography session or delivery of images.

Image Delivery

Edited images will be delivered within 2-4 weeks of the photography session via digital gallery. Physical prints and albums are available for additional fees.

Modifications

Expert Eye Photos reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
